Requirements

  • •Initial HR experience or relevant internships
  • •Knowledge of compensation and benefits
  • •Communication, project, change and stakeholder management

  • •Manage streams or sub-projects for global total rewards initiatives
  • •Prepare information events and professional communication materials for staff
  • •Analyze data regarding EU pay transparency
  • •Support the creation of group and site-specific works agreements
  • •Implement the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors
  • •Execute global and local bonus plan processes in SAP SuccessFactors
  • •Conduct job evaluations and maintain the global evaluation database
  • •Collect internal and external data for benchmark studies
  • •Develop and adapt C&B processes with other HR departments
  • •Train the HR team on applying C&B processes and measures
