Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification
- •Experience in international accounts payable accounting
- •Understanding of accounting and VAT regulations
- •Mandatory working experience with SAP
- •Advanced MS Outlook and Excel knowledge
- •Fluent English and additional European language
- •Communication skills and cooperative mindset
- •High accountability and accuracy
- •Teamwork skills and cultural sensitivity
Education
Bachelor's degree

Tasks
- •Process incoming invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
- •Verify legal requirements and VAT compliance for postings
- •Support process harmonization and automation initiatives
- •Participate in creating detailed process documentation
- •Analyze and resolve price or quantity discrepancies
- •Coordinate with other departments to follow up on differences
- •Manage and process travel expense claims
- •Perform period-end closing activities for accounts payable
- •Execute GR/IR analysis and clearing tasks
- •Handle creditor and debtor reclassifications
