Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience defining, building, and shipping technical products
- Well versed in product management tools and frameworks
- Understanding of HW/SW/Platform development processes
- Understanding of industrialization
- Experience creating compelling product propositions
- Experience in all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and prioritization skills
- MBA with Master's in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Telematics and Connectivity domains
- Automotive industry relevant experience
- Experience working in a matrix, global organization
- B2B and B2C/B2B2C launch experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Willingness to work in an office or remotely with occasional trips
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen
Tasks
- Conduct market intelligence and assess competitive positioning
- Develop roadmaps based on market research and technology trends
- Perform global and regional market assessments to define opportunities
- Design and deploy global go-to-market efforts across the customer journey
- Manage key product lifecycle artifacts like MRD and PRD
- Drive products from concept to launch by bridging technical and business needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and UX teams
- Define and execute feature enhancements for existing product roadmaps
- Create a rolling 3-5 year product and feature roadmap
- Support market testing using structured frameworks and quick iterations
- Assist RFQ/RFI teams in driving product pursuit pipelines
- Define product positioning, features, and main release roadmaps
- Support business plans including pricing and revenue strategies
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on value propositions and sales enablement
- Co-create go-to-market strategies and effective sales pitches
