- Collaborate with Product and Support to enhance account security
- Influence the product roadmap with customer feedback
- Design and scale technical sales efforts
- Facilitate connections between customers, sales, and product teams
- Create engaging content for customers and internal partners
- Collaborate with team members to refine skills and execute tasks
