Tasks
- Paint the vision of the Figma platform
- Guide customers in realizing product value through demonstrations
- Support the Sales team with platform-related inquiries
- Showcase how Figma accelerates digital product delivery
- Manage customer IT and Security relationships during the deal cycle
- Address security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs
- Collaborate with Product and Support to enhance account security
- Influence the product roadmap with customer feedback
- Design and scale technical sales efforts
- Facilitate connections between customers, sales, and product teams
- Create engaging content for customers and internal partners
- Collaborate with team members to refine skills and execute tasks
