- Collaborate with sales team on account planning and opportunity qualification
- Generate technical pipeline through discovery, demos, and proofs of value
- Proactively create demand through technical initiatives and events
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes
- Relay field feedback to the product team
- Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
- Stay updated on MongoDB products and industry trends
