Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar experience
  • •Strong communication skills for technical and business concepts
  • •Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems
  • •Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • •End-to-end ownership of challenges and proactive skill acquisition
  • •Humble, collaborative mindset and eagerness to support teammates and customers
  • •Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams

  • •Serve as the primary technical expert for customers post-sale
  • •Design and deploy Generative AI solutions
  • •Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize GenAI applications
  • •Provide architectural guidance and build hands-on prototypes

  • •Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams
  • •Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation
  • •Share insights and collaborate with internal teams for product development
  • •Codify knowledge and operationalize success practices for the team
