- Proven track record in business application software sales
- Several years experience in business software/IT sales
- Deep understanding of HR solution market and business
- Success with large transactions in HR software sales
- Ability to work and lead virtual account teams
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, up-sells
- Full working proficiency in German and Business English
- Proficiency in additional languages (plus)

- Generate demand.

- Conduct White Space analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the account team on sales campaigns.

- Advance opportunities for cloud migration.
- Expand customer footprint in existing accounts.
- Advance opportunities for new solution area accounts.
- Apply deep knowledge of HR operations.
- Understand business models and strategies.
- Apply deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes.
- Monitor SAP's competition.
- Track SAP's value drivers.
- Leverage SAP's expert team.
- Utilize SAP's industry knowledge.
- Effectively address customer needs.
- Foster customer participation in SAP communities.
- Promote engagement in SAP programs and events.
- Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem.
