Designing bespoke in-house marketing ecosystems and AI-driven workflows for global brands. 10-15 years experience in agency operations or technical consulting plus fluency in German or French required. Focus on project scoping and cost definition within a specialized agency-building niche.

Requirements

• •Fluency in German and/or French
• •10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles
• •Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations
• •Fluency in German or French language
• •Strong problem‑solving mindset
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• •High attention to detail and analytical capability
• •Ability to work cross‑functionally and remotely

Tasks

• •Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• •Document requirements for new client accounts
• •Translate business needs into technical workflows
• •Define accurate project scope and costs
