Solution Architect / Implementation Lead(m/w/x)

You will bridge the gap between national security clients and technical teams, designing custom AI testing solutions for high-stakes environments while guiding the delivery of secure, robust systems.

Requirements

• •Experience as Architect or senior engineer
• •Strong foundation in Software Engineering
• •Familiarity with common AI use cases
• •Skills in requirements gathering and communication
• •Ontology modeling expertise for ASQI framework
• •Success in leading cross-functional teams
• •Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and testing
• •Experience engaging senior stakeholders
• •Technical background in ML or AI
• •Hands-on experience with AI tooling
• •Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks
• •Experience navigating government procurement processes
• •Experience in high-security or defense agencies
• •Knowledge of high-security deployment constraints
• •Prior security clearance at CONFIDENTIAL level

Tasks

• •Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops
• •Map client workflows, data, and processes
• •Translate customer pain points into solution concepts
• •Define AI testing and evaluation roadmaps
• •Adapt strategies for GenAI and Computer Vision
• •Prioritize technical tasks based on mission value
• •Contribute to the Approved Intelligence Platform
• •Develop the ASQI engineer OSS project
• •Collaborate with engineers and ML scientists
• •Build reusable project plans and proposals
• •Oversee project delivery, timelines, and deliverables
• •Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• •Address technical constraints in high-security settings
• •Navigate procurement and support tender responses
• •Identify AI risks and hardening solutions
• •Evaluate and recommend AI testing tools
• •Translate product vision into technical roadmaps
