Solution Architect - Defence and Security(m/w/x)

Description

You will bridge the gap between national security missions and technical teams by designing custom AI testing solutions that ensure the safety and reliability of critical defense systems.

Requirements

• •5+ years experience as Architect, senior engineer, or similar
• •Strong Software Engineering foundation and code literacy
• •Experience with defence or law enforcement teams
• •Familiarity with common AI use cases
• •Skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• •Success in leading cross-functional technical teams
• •Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and validation
• •Knowledge of high-security environment deployment constraints
• •Technical background in ML, AI, or data science
• •Hands-on experience with AI tooling
• •Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks
• •Experience in AI risk management or assurance
• •Experience navigating government procurement processes
• •Experience in high-security or national security agencies
• •Experience engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders
• •Prior security clearance at Government CONFIDENTIAL level

Tasks

• •Lead discovery sessions with national security agencies
• •Map client workflows for data and orchestration
• •Translate customer pain points into solution concepts
• •Define AI testing and evaluation roadmaps
• •Adapt strategies for GenAI and Computer Vision
• •Prioritize technical tasks based on mission value
• •Contribute to the Approved Intelligence Platform
• •Collaborate with engineers and ML scientists
• •Build reusable project plans and proposals
• •Manage cross-functional teams and project timelines
• •Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• •Navigate high-security technical deployment constraints
• •Support procurement processes and tender responses
• •Guide the hardening of AI systems
• •Evaluate and recommend AI testing tools
• •Translate product vision into technical roadmaps
