- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 6 years work experience
- •Minimum 3 years of software sales experience
- •Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- •Experience designing and executing go-to-market strategies
- •Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value sales
- •Strong persuasive communication and presentation abilities
- •Advanced negotiation skills for complex financial and operational requirements
- •Self-driven, tenacious, and resilient with a positive outlook
- •External client-facing consulting experience
- •Occasional travel for client demos and industry engagements
- •Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 50%

- •Conduct live and web-based presentations
- •Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
- •Document all sales activities in the CRM system
- •Prepare for and participate in business development meetings
- •Collaborate with management to enhance sales presentations
- •Construct and deliver customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs
- •Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings
- •Participate in educational sessions on product updates
- •Help clients maximize software features through consultative engagement
- •Meet or exceed productivity metrics
- •Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals
