Directing sales of industrial tech software and cloud solutions to Fortune 2000 enterprises. 3 years software sales with Fortune 2000 tech modernization experience required. Full ownership of sales plan and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product domain, industry, or ecosystem
- 3 years of software sales proven track record of exceeding sales metrics
- 3 years with tech modernization for Fortune 2000 large enterprises
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience minimum 12 years, Associate's degree requires at least 6 years of work experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with C suite executives
- Experience designing executing go to market strategies and campaigns
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high value sales opportunities
- Strong persuasive communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced negotiation skills to navigate complex financial and operational requirements
- Self driven, tenacious, and resilient, with a positive outlook
- English Italian language proficient
- Team lead experience
- External client facing consulting experience
- Utilities and or Teleco industry experience
Tasks
- Own and execute the sales plan
- Meet and exceed sales targets for software products, SaaS, cloud hosting, and professional services
- Plan the go-to-market strategy and align accountability with stakeholders
- Ensure sufficient top-of-funnel activities to drive conversions
- Manage sales campaigns using domain expertise to close opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders
- Build trust with prospects and clients to identify challenges
- Offer tailored solutions that align with key buyer and user KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
- Engage in continuous improvement on product value
- Stay informed about market trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
