Software Developer - CRM Developer(m/w/x)
Customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and building integrations with ERP and marketing tools. 2+ years CRM development experience required. Exposure to end-to-end enterprise systems and international projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years CRM development experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugins and Power Platform knowledge
- Salesforce Apex, LWC, and Flow knowledge
- Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns
- Proficiency in Python
- Comfortable with data structures and algorithms
- Strong programming logic
- Quality-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of CRM data models
- Good understanding of CRM security models
- Good understanding of CRM governance frameworks
- Familiarity with modern development practices
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical thinking
- Translate business requirements to technical designs
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Chinese communication at C1 level
- English communication at C1 level
- Comfortable in multinational, cross-functional teams
Tasks
- Design and develop customizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Maintain Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
- Build integrations with ERP, marketing automation tools, websites, and data warehouses
- Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures
- Implement business logic, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components
- Follow specifications provided by CRM consultants and business stakeholders
- Own the full development lifecycle from unit testing to release management
- Support UAT and use sandboxes, version control, and deployment practices
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for custom CRM developments
- Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
- Continuously improve code quality and reusability
- Contribute to platform governance and long-term health of D365 CRM ecosystem
