Requirements
- 3+ years social media management experience (SaaS, tech, hospitality ideal)
- Proven track record managing LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
- Comfortable taking full ownership of content calendar
- Hands-on social video end-to-end process handling
- Regular user of social media management/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Comfortable navigating Meta Business Suite
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing details
- Native German speaker
- Excellent professional English (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy marketer
- Knowledge of leveraging AI, social, and video tools
- Storytelling ability
- Adaptable tone of voice for platforms/audiences
- Understanding of social metrics
- Ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations
- Awareness of latest platform updates and social trends
- Knowledge of hospitality industry news
- Strategic thinking ability
- Ability to align social media with marketing goals
- Experience launching/scaling social channels in new markets
- Background working with influencers or creator collaborations
- Genuine affinity for hospitality sector
- Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or other languages (strong plus)
Tasks
- Launch and manage Instagram channel in Germany
- Grow presence on LinkedIn and YouTube in Germany and UK
- Reach out to hospitality clients for unique stories
- Lead creative ideation for authentic, engaging content
- Ensure posts meet quality and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams on content production
- Produce short-form videos native to platforms
- Engage with German and English-speaking audiences
- Answer comments and start conversations
- Track timelines using Monday.com
- Manage creative deliverables with Jira
- Monitor content performance with Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite
- Share performance insights and recommendations with the team
