Requirements

• •3 years social media management experience
• •Experience building social media channels
• •Strong Instagram and TikTok content knowledge
• •Confidence presenting in front of camera
• •Experience with video and graphic tools
• •Experience in paid social and boosting
• •Confident use of AI content tools
• •Experience with social media planning tools
• •Process discipline and ticket system experience
• •Creative instinct for visual storytelling
• •Good German and English skills
• •Reliability, ownership, and clear communication
• •Experience in UGC and creator management
• •Knowledge of influencer marketing
• •Experience with beauty or e-commerce brands
• •Basic knowledge of additional European languages
• •Experience with AI video tools
• •Knowledge of Reels and feed algorithms
• •Knowledge of TikTok FYP algorithms
• •Understanding of platform distribution logic
• •Understanding of platform-specific creative performance
