Requirements

  • 10+ years leading complex IT outsourcing, shared services, or large-scale transition/transformation programs in international environments
  • Proven track record managing external service providers and offshore delivery models
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transition programs, including service/system migration
  • Strong experience in legacy landscape optimization, including decommissioning and application rationalization
  • Proven ability to drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements through outsourcing, standardization, and consolidation
  • Extensive experience in complex, multi-country organizations with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including governance, risk management, and delivery oversight
  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, effective communication, and trust-building
  • Strong leadership presence, ability to inspire confidence, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
  • English business fluency in written and oral communication

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end transition activities for 700+ local solutions
  • Ensure operational excellence during transition
  • Drive structured transition to external LSSC/AMS providers and internal offshoring
  • Manage successful migration of services, systems, and processes
  • Oversee decommissioning of legacy solutions
  • Lead a team of 10-15 employees across multiple platforms
  • Ensure strong governance and vendor performance
  • Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive transition plans with scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Implement and manage transition program governance
  • Define and monitor KPIs for transition success
  • Identify and mitigate risks for business continuity
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations
  • Oversee support model implementation for local solutions
  • Manage knowledge transfer processes and documentation
  • Ensure operational readiness through process mapping and service validation
  • Act as primary interface between service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage executive reporting and governance forums
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives
  • Coordinate workforce transitions and reskilling
  • Develop and execute communication plans for new operating models
  • Ensure smooth post-transition handover to steady-state teams
  • Support stabilization through post-transition reviews and lessons learned
  • Establish steady-state governance and service management model
  • Monitor and optimize SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead Local Solutions Operations Managers chapter
  • Implement major incident and crisis management processes
  • Establish centralized change request management
  • Define and track service improvement initiatives
  • Manage vendor governance, performance, and commercial topics
  • Steer decommissioning of local legacy solutions
  • Align with stakeholders to accelerate decommissioning
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and business impacts during decommissioning
