Requirements

Tasks
- Adhere to stow Group QSHE standards.
- Follow stow Group Project Management Methodology.
- Communicate planning, organization, and material issues to Project Manager.
- Act as primary on-site contact for assembly, transport, QHSE, and clients.
- Ensure correct and timely information communication.
- Organize the site for safe and efficient assembly.
- Optimize on-site planning for team, equipment, and materials.
- Receive and document on-site issues and complaints.
- Find solutions for on-site problems.
- Actively participate in site and weekly meetings.
- Monitor project progress and quality.
- Identify and address project deviations.
- Supervise subcontractors during project execution.
- Oversee safe project execution on site.
- Ensure adherence to QSHE regulations and administration.
- Supervise assembly methods.
- Check quality of delivered materials.
- Control equipment certificates.
- Ensure equipment remains certified throughout the project.
- Control project site organization.
- Take action on site organization as needed.
- Execute measurements for EN and FEM compliance.
- Review assembly drawings for execution and safety.
- Provide feedback to the Project Manager.
- Solve on-site problems to ensure work progress.
- Monitor assembly progress.
- Register subcontractor personnel.
- Register equipment.
- Track and report extra assembly works and hours.
- Organize toolbox talks with teams and third parties.
- Consult SAP to track deliveries.
- Consult SAP to extract material lists.
