- Build robust monitoring and alerting systems
- Develop incident response practices
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments
- Implement blue-green and canary deployments
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve infrastructure and tooling issues
- Initiate projects for automatic reliability, cost-efficiency, and scalability
- Work with engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks
- Design resilient systems from the ground up
- Create intelligent alerting and observability
- Prevent user-noticeable issues through proactive monitoring
- Manage incident response, including on-call duties
- Resolve incidents quickly and conduct blameless postmortems
- Strengthen the delivery pipeline with Kubernetes and GitLab
- Ensure safer and faster deployments
