- Proven experience in early-stage startups (building processes from scratch)
- Generalist mindset with strong interest in DevOps and infrastructure ownership
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js
- Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus
- Understanding of enterprise software environments (SAP, process intelligence, or consulting ecosystems preferred)
- High engineering standards (quality, reliability, scalability)
- Strong ownership mentality (proactive issue identification and fixing)
Tasks
- Take full ownership of platform operations
- Ensure system scalability, security, and production readiness
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Own end-to-end deployments
- Collaborate with full-stack engineers
- Maintain system uptime and performance
- Monitor platform health
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Establish best practices for DevOps
