- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance reliability
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers
- Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations
- Foster teamwork and continuous improvement
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring and training
- Act as primary contact for clients on operational matters
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
- Collaborate with sales to support client acquisition
