Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, aeronautical engineering, or relevant field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience across entire system engineering lifecycle of simulation projects
- Experience preferably in military flight training devices
- Understanding of military aircraft systems
- Understanding of operational procedures
- Understanding of mission workflows
- Advantageous understanding of military aircraft systems, operational procedures, and mission workflows
- Strong technical background
- Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies
- Familiarity of software technologies (C++, Ot/QML)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Efficient collaboration with customers
- Efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Proactive and pragmatic mindset
- Passion for simulation
- Awareness of potential compliance risks

Tasks
- Develop high-fidelity engineering and training simulations
- Architect HMI systems for Eurofighter training simulators
- Collaborate with system and software engineers
- Translate customer needs into system specifications
- Define simulation and software architecture
- Conduct design reviews with internal and external customers
- Support development, integration, validation, and certification
- Manage risks by identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor and report progress, challenges, and customer feedback
- Keep stakeholders informed
