Description

In this role, you will design and implement high-fidelity training systems for the Eurofighter, collaborating with engineers and military experts to ensure top-notch performance while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's or higher degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or relevant field
• •10+ years' experience in system architecture, focus on military flight training devices preferred
• •Demonstrated experience across entire system engineering lifecycle for complex systems
• •Strong proficiency with requirement management and system modelling tools
• •Expertise in simulation- and military avionic standards and frameworks
• •Strong foundation in software architecture frameworks and principles
• •Familiarity with modern software development methodologies
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• •Pragmatism and passion for simulation
• •Eligibility for security clearance by recognized authorities
• •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

• •Architect a full-spectrum solution for high-fidelity training systems
• •Develop flight dynamics and avionic models
• •Design cockpits and visual systems
• •Create control stations and synthetic environments

• •Prepare and conduct design reviews with customers

• •Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• •Collaborate with project-specific teams to define common simulator architecture
• •Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in system engineering
• •Conduct trade-off studies and evaluate optimizations, new technologies, and tools
