- Prepare customs and export declarations
- Create dangerous goods declarations
- Package goods according to regulations
- Track shipments and maintain contact with freight forwarders
- Maintain communication with internal customers and stakeholders
- Check goods for completeness and packaging compliance
- Pack and seal shipments
- Participate in on-call service for urgent orders
