Requirements

  • •Vocational training as warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, or similar
  • •2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, warehouse management, warehouse administration, or freight forwarding
  • •Business fluent knowledge of German (B2 or better)
  • •Familiarity with standard software and common merchandise management systems, experience with SAP is a plus
  • •Industrial truck license
  • •General knowledge of written English
  • •Openness to challenges, enthusiasm, constructive solutions, motivation, and independent work
  • •Class B driver's license
  • •Current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany

Tasks

  • •Prepare customs and export declarations for international shipments
  • •Prepare dangerous goods declarations according to IATA, IMO, and ADR regulations
  • •Pack goods according to regulations
  • •Track shipments and maintain contact with freight forwarders and customers
  • •Handle external communication with freight forwarders and customs authorities
  • •Manage internal communication with international sales stations
  • •Check goods for completeness and compliance with packaging regulations
  • •Pack and seal shipments, ensuring compliance with dangerous goods labeling
  • •Participate in on-call service for urgent orders with additional compensation
