Requirements
- University degree or comparable qualification in technical, scientific, or SHEQ-related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in SHE-Q/management systems in industrial/corporate environment
- Proven experience in audit management, including CAPA and RCA processes
- Structured, analytical, and solution-focused working approach
- Strong sense of responsibility and clear, confident, professional communication skills
- Ability to explain complex SHE-Q topics clearly and practically, and conduct effective training
- Very good command of German and English, written and spoken
Tasks
- Develop and improve environmental and quality management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate non-compliance risks
- Plan and govern internal and external audits
- Follow up on audit findings
- Train employees on SHEQ practices
- Maintain appropriate SHEQ documentation
- Support operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with C-SHEQ and internal stakeholders
