Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications or additional quality training advantageous
  • Extensive practical experience in quality management, preferably in corporate, global, or multi-site industrial environment
  • Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality governance, ideally with hands-on exposure to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Strong communication skills for conveying quality policies, procedures, and training content across international organizations
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with ability to influence and challenge across functions and regions
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience in data analysis for fact-based improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in dynamic, international environment with high attention to detail
