Requirements
- •Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in service back office operations
- •Strong technical understanding for assessing spare parts and repair processes
- •Very good SAP skills in relevant modules (SD, MM, CS)
- •Confident use of common MS Office applications
- •Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- •Strong teamwork and communication skills
- •Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

- •Handle spare parts and repair inquiries
- •Create and maintain quotations for spare parts and repair services
- •Process customer inquiries from calculation to invoicing
- •Coordinate warranty and goodwill cases with customers and suppliers
- •Support daily service operations with administrative tasks
- •Manage the spare parts warehouse and monitor stock
- •Inspect incoming goods and manage booking processes
- •Conduct inventories and procure stock with suppliers
- •Maintain and analyze master data in the SAP system
- •Optimize processes to ensure efficient workflows
