Service Partner and Training Manager(m/w/x)
Overseeing global marine service partner network, ensuring certification, and developing technical training for marine electronics. Proven global service network management and strong instructional design background required. Global travel for partner engagement and training delivery, utilizing modern video production tools.
Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in marine electronics, navigation systems, or related field
- Proven experience managing global service networks or third-party technical partners
- Strong training and instructional design background, including virtual and in-person delivery
- Proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Familiarity with the CIRM Code of Practice for Service Providers and industry certification standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, hands-on approach to partner and training management
Tasks
- Build and manage a global network of certified marine service partners
- Lead partner onboarding and performance reviews
- Renew agreements in alignment with legal and commercial processes
- Ensure service partners meet training and certification standards
- Develop and deliver technical training using modern tools
- Create and maintain training materials, including video tutorials
- Oversee certification processes and maintain training records
- Align with Product Management to integrate new product releases into training
- Issue technical bulletins and service updates in coordination with teams
- Act as a communication hub between technical support and service partners
