Tasks
- •Establish strong customer relationships at all levels
- •Manage Field Service operations in Central Europe
- •Coordinate service operational activities effectively
- •Drive activities to meet customer KPIs
- •Manage customer retention and satisfaction strategies
- •Resolve customer concerns and site escalations
- •Identify and resolve tool or service improvements
- •Lead regular customer and KPI meetings
- •Forecast and manage quarterly and annual revenues
- •Promote product enhancements and CIPs to customers
- •Manage equipment specifications and service level agreements
- •Achieve operational and financial business objectives
- •Implement plans to increase service market share
- •Support account teams to reach regional targets
- •Drive service sales and corporate image
- •Lead and develop a team of 15 engineers
- •Conduct performance reviews and individual development plans
- •Analyze processes to improve service delivery
- •Maintain accurate records and system data
- •Track warranty, contract, and escalation metrics
