Tasks

  • Establish strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Manage Field Service operations in Central Europe
  • Coordinate service operational activities effectively
  • Drive activities to meet customer KPIs
  • Manage customer retention and satisfaction strategies
  • Resolve customer concerns and site escalations
  • Identify and resolve tool or service improvements
  • Lead regular customer and KPI meetings
  • Forecast and manage quarterly and annual revenues
  • Promote product enhancements and CIPs to customers
  • Manage equipment specifications and service level agreements
  • Achieve operational and financial business objectives
  • Implement plans to increase service market share
  • Support account teams to reach regional targets
  • Drive service sales and corporate image
  • Lead and develop a team of 15 engineers
  • Conduct performance reviews and individual development plans
  • Analyze processes to improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and system data
