- •Completed basic education and at least 2 years of technical or commercial training
- •Minimum of 2 years in an IT-related role
- •Proactive mindset with ownership and reliability
- •Analytical skills with structured and solution-oriented thinking
- •Clear and confident communication skills
- •Service-oriented attitude with customer understanding
- •Solid understanding of web services and API integrations
- •Skilled in delivering detailed technical support
- •Experience with helpdesk systems and ITIL frameworks
- •Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- •Track and escalate bugs using Jira
- •Manage the full lifecycle of incidents
- •Maintain a solid understanding of the assigned product group
- •Investigate and resolve escalated tickets with end-to-end troubleshooting
- •Interpret service monitoring to proactively identify and address issues
- •Execute basic deployments related to the product group
- •Ensure accurate and up-to-date operational documentation in Confluence
- •Collaborate with Application Management and Product teams to share feedback and manage escalations
