Service & Diagnostics Coordinator - Autonomous Vehicle (AV)(m/w/x)
Coordination and monitoring of AV test fleet maintenance and diagnostics. Several years' fleet management or technical service experience required. 6 weeks remote work option.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred); relevant professional experience in lieu of degree
- Several years' experience in fleet management, vehicle servicing, or related technical service
- Experience with autonomous vehicle technologies, EVs, or advanced automotive systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, vehicle telematics, predictive maintenance
- Understanding of software-driven vehicle systems, sensors, connectivity technologies
- Familiarity with autonomous/EV safety and regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving skills; adaptability to fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, manuals
- Business English and German fluency
Tasks
- Coordinate and monitor AV test fleet maintenance and diagnostics
- Implement service strategies for optimal fleet performance
- Ensure fleet availability and reliability
- Coordinate and oversee AV fleet diagnostic troubleshooting
- Coordinate and oversee AV fleet preventive maintenance
- Coordinate and oversee AV fleet repair activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements
- Address technical challenges with engineering, operations, and software
- Implement system improvements with engineering, operations, and software
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service activities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents
- Maintain accurate records of fleet performance metrics
- Perform software and hardware updates for fleet vehicles
- Coordinate software configuration management for fleet vehicles
