Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering, informatics, or comparable qualification
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Experience coordinating heterogeneous teams and stakeholders
  • •Experience creating management presentations
  • •Desirable experience testing ADAS or autonomous driving
  • •Advantageous prior experience in operational areas
  • •Fluent German and English skills

Tasks

  • •Plan and ensure vehicle availability for daily testing
  • •Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime
  • •Manage software environments and fleet software releases
  • •Resolve issues blocking end-to-end testing processes
  • •Align collaboration between diverse teams and stakeholders
  • •Optimize testing processes and operational workflows
  • •Improve instructions for safety drivers and control center staff
  • •Facilitate continuous improvement for all involved personnel
  • •Measure and report on overall fleet effectiveness
  • •Analyze and report major issues during user group testing
  • •Prioritize technical issues and prepare necessary escalations
  • •Support the execution of additional end-to-end release tests
