  • Meet agreed service levels and business needs
  • Manage customer-facing and internal services
  • Take ownership of IT service management processes
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality
  • Enhance operational performance and business satisfaction
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Align expectations and outcomes with internal and external teams
  • Manage external service providers
  • Oversee adherence to contractual commitments
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews
  • Support implementation of vendor improvement measures
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and third-party teams
  • Own and govern internal IT environments
  • Manage IT environments from introduction to retirement
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Take ownership of ITSM processes
  • Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Support implementation and evolution of ITSM tools
  • Act as subject matter expert for ITSM applications
  • Oversee operational and financial performance of IT operations
  • Monitor utilization and cost drivers
  • Support transparent and informed decision-making
