Tasks
- Ensure reliable IT service delivery
- Meet agreed service levels and business needs
- Manage customer-facing and internal services
- Take ownership of IT service management processes
- Drive initiatives to improve service quality
- Enhance operational performance and business satisfaction
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Align expectations and outcomes with internal and external teams
- Manage external service providers
- Oversee adherence to contractual commitments
- Conduct regular vendor reviews
- Support implementation of vendor improvement measures
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and third-party teams
- Own and govern internal IT environments
- Manage IT environments from introduction to retirement
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards
- Take ownership of ITSM processes
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Support implementation and evolution of ITSM tools
- Act as subject matter expert for ITSM applications
- Oversee operational and financial performance of IT operations
- Monitor utilization and cost drivers
- Support transparent and informed decision-making
