Requirements

  • •Master's or Ph.D. in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field
  • •5+ years in AI/data architecture
  • •Strong experience with vehicle AI architectures
  • •Implementation of Small Language Models, Vision Language Models, or autonomous driving models
  • •Knowledge of multi-agent systems orchestration and multi-turn dialogues
  • •Experience with AI training toolchains and workflows
  • •Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and comparison to proprietary frameworks
  • •Skilled in Rust, C++, Kotlin, and API technologies
  • •Profound understanding of AI models executed on hardware accelerators
  • •Leadership experience in agile teams
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Independent working style
  • •Very good English language skills
  • •German language skills are a plus

Education

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD
