Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in UX / User Research in digital product environments
  • •Strong hands-on experience with qualitative, quantitative and behavioural research methods
  • •Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • •Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • •Curiosity about AI/ML applications in user experience
  • •Pragmatism, curiosity, structure, and impact-driven mindset
  • •Written and spoken fluency in German
  • •Experience building or scaling research operations
  • •Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or complex regulated environments

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • •Translate business and product questions into clear research plans
  • •Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product teams
  • •Analyze behavioral product data in collaboration with Data & Analytics
  • •Build a deep understanding of customer journeys and needs
  • •Contribute to the knowledge base and research repository
  • •Facilitate workshops and insight-sharing sessions
  • •Advocate for user-centered decision making across the organization
  • •Drive strategic and foundational research initiatives
  • •Coach and mentor designers and product owners in research practices
  • •Explore opportunities to leverage AI in research processes
  • •Increase the visibility and impact of UX research at leadership level
