Requirements

  • •Completed degree in human factors, human-computer interaction, computer science, business administration, communication design, or comparable field
  • •Several years of professional experience in customer experience management, consumer and/or user research, and web analytics
  • •Hands-on experience with CX, analytics, and statistical tools such as Medallia, Qualtrics, Excel, R, SPSS, Contentsquare, and Google Analytics
  • •Passion for transforming market and customer feedback data into insights that drive action
  • •Independent, structured working style with pragmatic mindset and attention to detail
  • •Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Dutch, French, or Italian are a plus

Bachelor's degree

  • •Drive strategic improvements in digital customer experience
  • •Generate quantitative and qualitative insights
  • •Support business discovery phases and prioritize decisions
  • •Evolve the Voice of the Customer program using NPS, CSAT, and CES

  • •Promote a customer-first culture through collaboration and training
