Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience
- •Experience designing, moderating, and analyzing qualitative research
- •Experience designing, launching, and analyzing rapid quantitative research
- •Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
- •Experience understanding product experimentation results
- •Experience mentoring and fostering a culture of growth and development within a research team
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Embodiment of EAGER values: ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable

- •Collaborate with data science, product management, product marketing, design, and engineering to identify research topics
- •Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using various methods
- •Lead exploratory and evaluative research to inform product simplification and scalability strategies
- •Analyze and synthesize user, product, service, or business needs to guide vision and strategy discussions
- •Advocate for current and potential customers as a thought leader in the research domain
- •Contribute to building a cohesive roadmap by understanding Grammarly’s strategic business goals and user needs
- •Partner with data science and quantitative researchers to define and monitor key experience metrics
- •Communicate effectively and work quickly within a fast-paced team focused on speed, rigor, and quality
- •Generate insights to fuel ideation and evaluate potential solutions
- •Work independently and autonomously
