Description

As a Senior User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping product strategies by leading research initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams, and generating insights that drive innovation and enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience
• •Experience designing, moderating, and analyzing qualitative research
• •Experience designing, launching, and analyzing rapid quantitative research
• •Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
• •Experience understanding product experimentation results
• •Experience mentoring and fostering a culture of growth and development within a research team
• •Excellent communication skills

Tasks

• •Lead exploratory and evaluative research for product strategies

• •Contribute to building a cohesive roadmap aligned with business goals
• •Partner with data science to define and monitor key experience metrics
