Requirements

• •5+ years product design experience
• •Ability to simplify complex workflows
• •Experience building or contributing to design systems
• •Experience with AI design tools
• •Focus on flows and interaction design
• •Comfort with ambiguity and agile environments
• •Deep Figma proficiency
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Valid work permit for Germany
• •Willingness to work office-first in Berlin
• •Experience designing for B2B complexity
• •Interest in designing for AI agents
• •Interest in AI-driven design tooling
• •Data-driven and user-centric validation skills
• •Strong UX opinions and professional humility

Tasks

• •Take design ownership of major product features
• •Audit and improve user flows across all modules
• •Identify and eliminate friction and complexity
• •Design interactions for complex multi-step workflows
• •Build a scalable design system for AI-assisted prototyping
• •Establish quality gates for AI-generated designs
• •Document clear usage guidelines for consistent design work
• •Conduct user research with buyers and suppliers
• •Validate interaction patterns through prototyping and testing
• •Mentor teammates on design thinking and craft
• •Collaborate with PMs and engineers on implementation
