- Advocate for user needs in discussions and challenge assumptions
- Collaborate with the product manager to identify and validate problems
- Work with engineers to ensure design intent is maintained
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Establish scalable design processes and documentation
- Manage agency and freelancer partnerships as needed
- Oversee marketing design work, including ads and campaign visuals
- Enhance the design maturity of the organization
- Expand your role and responsibilities as the company grows
