Requirements

Tasks
- Develop shopper marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Increase brand visibility and shopper conversion
- Build insight-led engagement strategies and toolkits
- Support consistent brand execution across markets
- Review and assess activation initiatives for improvement
- Generate global pet category insights
- Inform decisions on packaging, pricing, and claims
- Contribute to global Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy
- Define frameworks and success models
- Guide category growth and identify commercial opportunities
- Steer complex cross-functional projects
- Strengthen global Trade & Shopper Marketing capabilities
