Requirements

  • •Experience in product management

  • •Experience leading a small team
  • •Familiarity with Software development lifecycle
  • •Excellent written and spoken English
  • •Knowledge of N26 products and passion
  • •Enthusiasm for learning and innovation
  • •Technical background in Software Engineering
  • •Knowledge of HR or finance optimization
  • •Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance
  • •Experience documenting processes in regulated environments

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Define the Workday product vision and strategy
  • •Execute roadmaps for HCM and FINS modules
  • •Prioritize the backlog based on business impact
  • •Support peers with segment strategy and roadmapping
  • •Collaborate with People and Finance teams on goals
  • •Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes
  • •Create product metrics and impact dashboards
  • •Lead regulatory documentation and compliance efforts
  • •Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • •Drive cross-functional and Regulatory Technology projects
  • •Foster continuous learning within the engineering team
