Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years Product Management experience, minimum 3+ years on B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Prior experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise CX/CRM platform highly preferred
- Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex business goals
- Bias for action and results-oriented mindset
- Outstanding ability to present complex information and product vision to senior leadership
Tasks
- Define and articulate long-term product vision
- Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with business leaders and teams to prioritize features
- Conduct in-depth user and market research
- Write detailed product requirement documents
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation to iteration
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies and release communications
- Provide internal training for product adoption
- Define and maintain platform configuration standards
- Ensure platform scalability and consistency
- Track and analyze key product success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams
- Make informed trade-offs between technical and design aspects
