Requirements

Tasks

  • Provide sophisticated tax support for real estate transactions
  • Manage complex international multi-tier structures and platforms
  • Develop and implement innovative tax strategies
  • Evaluate external tax due diligence findings
  • Ensure tax-efficient structuring and safeguard investor reputation
  • Negotiate secure legal positions in contracts and side letters
  • Provide pragmatic recommendations during negotiation disagreements
  • Apply post-tax IRR modeling techniques
  • Facilitate tax handovers to accounting and investor advisers
  • Support the existing portfolio during the holding phase
  • Ensure tax compliance and legally required documentation
  • Prepare transfer pricing studies for investment companies
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks
  • Coordinate risk mitigation with Group Centers
  • Monitor global tax developments
  • Execute restructuring measures with key stakeholders
