Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Tax
  • 4-7 years of relevant tax experience
  • Outstanding proficiency in English and German
  • Strong knowledge of German tax law
  • Exceptional finance modeling and analytical skills
  • Solution-oriented approach to complex tasks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Tasks

  • Provide sophisticated tax support for real estate transactions
  • Manage complex international multi-tier structures and platforms
  • Develop and implement innovative tax strategies
  • Evaluate external tax due diligence findings critically
  • Ensure tax-efficient structuring and safeguard investor reputation
  • Negotiate secure legal positions in contracts and side letters
  • Provide pragmatic recommendations during negotiation disagreements
  • Apply post-tax IRR modeling techniques
  • Facilitate effective tax handovers to other departments
  • Support the existing portfolio during the holding phase
  • Ensure tax compliance and efficiency for the portfolio
  • Maintain legally required documentation and transfer pricing studies
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks
  • Coordinate risk mitigation with Group Centers
  • Monitor global tax developments
  • Initiate and execute restructuring measures
  • Align restructuring with investors and Group Centers
