You lead recruitment efforts for senior roles across EMEA, collaborating with hiring managers and local HR to implement a proactive strategy. Your responsibilities include building talent pools, managing candidate processes, and enhancing the employer brand.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Proven talent acquisition experience (minimum 5 years)
• •Experience working across EMEA region
• •Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Prior experience in manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• •Experience with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
• •Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
• •Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach
• •Passion for best-in-class candidate experience
• •Ability to document and present updates clearly

• •Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment branding initiatives.
• •Enhance employee value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
• •Drive referrals program and organize networking events.
• •Maintain accurate records in a centralized database.
