- Recruiting-Projekte, KPIs und SLAs kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
- Kreative Ideen zur Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse einbringen
- Verantwortung für On-Campus Recruiting oder Employer Branding übernehmen
