Requirements

  • Recruiting experience for industrial/manufacturing organizations at mid/senior leadership level
  • German speaking with recruiting market knowledge in Germany/Europe
  • Adaptability to ambiguity, complexity, and inconsistencies
  • Proven talent acquisition experience, ideally senior/strategic role
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for business needs and critical roles
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives
  • Translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies
  • Advise hiring managers on market insights and workforce trends
  • Identify future talent needs and build proactive sourcing strategies
  • Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and satisfaction
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Use recruitment analytics to track performance and identify bottlenecks
  • Provide regular reporting on hiring metrics and market conditions
  • Hire early career, professional, and senior leadership positions in German-speaking markets
  • Occasionally handle hiring in other European markets
  • Manage senior stakeholders during the recruiting process
  • Drive the process through expectation management, influence, and collaboration
  • Participate in regional and global HR projects as a TA COE subject matter expert
