Tasks
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning
- Develop practical learning concepts for professional adult learners
- Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous learning formats
- Identify opportunities for scalability and continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize LMS and learning technologies
- Ensure compliance with ISCC certification and quality standards
- Translate customer feedback into learning objectives and documentation
- Document learning objectives, participation, and evaluation
- Deliver reliable digital courses and online events
- Maintain clear SOPs for digital learning and online events
- Define and monitor KPIs for training impact
- Challenge and improve learning architecture and platforms
- Serve as primary expert for digital learning technologies
- Mentor colleagues on digital learning and quality improvement
