Requirements

  • University degree in environmental/agricultural sciences, sustainability management, natural sciences, economics, or relevant field
  • First experience or strong interest in sustainability certification systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Structured, independent, reliable working style and task management
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and service orientation
  • Ability to work in international and intercultural environments
  • Solid IT proficiency, MS Office, and database work
  • Very good English and German language skills (C1)

  • Review certification documents for completeness
  • Review certification documents for accuracy
  • Review certification documents for plausibility
  • Manage inquiries from system users
  • Respond to inquiries from system users
  • Support internal data analysis
  • Assist with registration terminations
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Support Nabisy-related inquiries
  • Contribute to review manual updates
  • Contribute to SOP updates

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
